Shipping Policy
We provide shipping of SunTV Chinese TV box within 24 hours once we receive the order, using USPS 3-day priority with tracking service. We only ship to US customer in 50 states.
Shipping Time Frame
We ship the product in one or two business days once we received your payment through PayPal or Credit Card. The service we use is USPS 3-day priority. Most of time, we do very fast shipping usually in less than one business day.
Here is the example of normal delivery time to US 50 states once it’s shipped, assume there is no national holiday in between. (sometimes USPS do have delay due to weather or other reasons out of our control, please understand this not a guarantee, but I will say in most of time, it only needs 2 business days).

Refund Policy
We will refund customer full amount less 10% of the sale price ($20 for none US country buyer) processing fee to the original credit card/Paypal once we receive the original SunTV Chinese TV Box within 15 days, providing the product and all accessories are returned on customer’s own expense. The returning box serial number must match original one. Client must call suntvbox.com for return number and return address before initiate the return.
